2022/7/28 Crime Prevention Advisory Conference was held

     To form a strategic alliance with government officials and academics as well as to promote criminal policy and crime prevention research for joint planning, on July 28, 2022, the Academy for the Judiciary held the Crime Prevention Advisory Conference, to provide the government as a reference for improving national policies. Hosted by President Ker, Li-Ling, 20 members attended the conference, including directors of MOJ departments, chiefs and deputy chiefs of MOJ subordinate organizations and representatives of the academia. In the conference, the Crime Prevention Research Center of the Academy first presented its accomplishments in 2022, and reported work progress regarding 2023 research topics on "The Improvement direction on Current Criminal Liability of Juridical Person in Taiwan" and "A study on cyber fraud victimization and prevention in Taiwan". President Ker, Li-Ling addressed appreciation on Department of Prosecutorial Affairs Director Huang, Mou-Hsin, Department of Prevention, Rehabilitation and Protection Director Lin,Zhe-Hui , Agency Against Corruption Director General Zhuang,Rong-Song , and Kunming Prevention and Treatment Center Director Liang-Yu Chen’s participation as the new members of this advisory committee. Attendees highly praised the Center for its research plans and achievements.
