The Academy’s Chief Lu Xiao-yun of the Academic Affairs Department along with Mentor Wei Tzu-kai and Lin Yan-jun participated in the 8th IOJT International Conference in Manila, the Philippines between November 5 and November 9. During the conference, Chief Lu presented the Article “AJMJ Continuous Improvement – On-the-job Training and E-Learning System” to fellow judicial educators from over 70 countries, introducing innovative developments at the Academy, including mobile classrooms for on-the-job training, paperless teaching, e-learning, distance learning, and international collaboration that involved a delegation of educators to Mongolia for teaching. This opportunity not only allowed the participants of the conference who came from all parts of the world to better understand the Academy but also helped increase the Academy’s international exposure.
