On July 5th, 2012, the delegation of China Prosecutors Association led by the director Lee Ru Lin visited JPTI discussed the relevant issues with director Lin and staff of JPTI in the seminar. During the seminar, the delegation learned that the average civil servant system in Taiwan is different from the judicial one; meanwhile judges and prosecutors shoulder a higher standard of ethic codes. In addition, director Lin deliberated the exam, recruitment, pre-job and in-service trainings for judges and prosecutors in Taiwan.
