Michael Black QC was invited to deliver a speech on the topic of “Specialist Courts in England & Wales” at JPTI on May 23th, 2012. Along with Prof. Hwang Li and Associate Prof. Anna Yan of National Chengchi University, Michael Black QC articulated the relevant issues on the system of specialist courts, construction dispute resolution, and the case management directions. The speech received warm responses and benefits all the attendees.
