Professor Helmut Satzger from the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, Germany, served as a visiting professor at National Taiwan University in March 2023 to lecture a course on "Criminal Law and the Challenges of Globalization and Modern Society". The course was conducted in English and had several international students enrolled and auditing.

To expand the Academy's international exchange operations and to establish connections with the academic community, the Academy held a practical and academic exchange program on March 17, 2023 in the Multipurpose Classroom of the Academy's second office. In addition to inviting Professor Satzger, his wife, and the above-mentioned students, other practicing judges and prosecutors were also invited to attend. The Academy arranged for colleagues from the Crime Prevention Research Center to introduce their scope of work and recent research results, as well as to give the international students a tour of the moot court and simulated detention room. There were also exchanges with international students on the overview of legal education and judicial systems in various countries.
