2015/12/24 The Crime Prevention Advisory Conference was held.

    On December 24th, 2015, to form a strategic alliance and enhance the precision and feasibility of the nation’s criminal policy, the Academy for the Judiciary held the Crime Prevention Advisory Conference. Hosted by President Tsai Ching-hsiang, the conference was attended by 16 members, including directors of MOJ departments, chiefs and deputy chiefs of MOJ subordinate organizations and representatives of the academia. In the conference, the Crime Prevention Research Center of the Academy first presented its accomplishments in the second half of 2015. Then, Dr Cho Ya-ping of Department And Graduate Institute of Criminology of National Chung Cheng University and Dr Chen Yung-chen of Department Of Crime Prevention and Corrections of Central Police University, the winners of Excellence award for Outstanding Thesis on Crime Prevention Research, were invited to make reports on their own research. Attendees highly praised the Crime Prevention Research Center for research systems it set up and results it achieved.
