From August 4 to 8, 2013, President Lin Huei-huang led the delegation of the Academy for the Judiciary, Ministry of Justice to visit Vietnam for the judicial exchanges.  The delegation visited Vietnamese Judicial Academy to discuss details of the yearly cooperation plan before visiting Ministry of Justice and the Supreme People’s Court of Vietnam for international cooperation.  The delegation also went to Ho Chi Minh City to call on Ho Chi Minh City People's Court and made substantial results in exchanging experiences.
