On March 4, 2016, President Tsai Ching-hsiang hosted the seminar on emerging legal issues for Judicial Class 56th. The seminar was divided into civil and criminal law sessions. Professor Chen Cong-fu of National Taiwan University Law School and Professor Cai Hui-fang of National Chung Hsing University Law School invited as evaluators respectively commented on reports on medical dispute resolutions and legal controversies about doxing written by two of the trainees. Trainees had an intense discussion and learned a lot in the seminar.
