In the afternoon of November 3rd, 2015, the Honorable Randy J. Holland of the Delaware Supreme Court, U.S.A. called up the Academy.  Justice Holland delivered a speech to the Judiciary Class 56 and several incumbent prosecutors about the Directors’ Fiduciary Duties under Delaware Corporation Law and conducted a Q & A session.  It was a very rewarding experience for the audience.
