On May 7, 2015, the inauguration and swearing-in ceremony were held in the Ministry of Justice and hosted by Minister Luo Ying-xue. Minister Luo specially thanked ex-president, Dr. Lin Huei-huang, for his efforts and dedication to outstanding judiciary training and legal education for the past 16 years while the newly appointed president Tsai Ching-hsiang pledged to cultivate judiciaries with integrity, discretion and diligence.
