In the afternoon of September 25, 2013, the Academy for the Judiciary, Ministry of Justice, held the open ceremony for the 10^th Mongolian Prosecutors Judicial Training Class.  The ceremony started with the welcome speech by President Lin Huei-huang, and followed by speeches from Chief Secretary of Mongolian and Tibetan Affairs Commission, Chen Ming-ren, Chief Prosecutor of Taiwan High Prosecutors Office, Chen Shou-huang, Senior Executive Officer of Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Geng Zhong-yong.    The solemn and warm ceremony ended with a group picture taken in front of the Academy.
