2013/10/4 10th Mongolian Prosecutors Judicial Training Class Completion Meeting

In the morning of October 4, 2013, a meeting was held in the Academy for the Judiciary as the 10th Mongolian Prosecutors Judicial training has been completed. Director of Mongolian and Tibetan Affairs Commission, Hai Zhong-xiong, and Prosecutor Huang Zheng-xiong from the Ministry of Justice attended the meeting hosted by Chief Secretary of the Academy, Chou Ying-hung. In the meeting, Mongolian prosecutors stated to be benefited from courses arranged by the Academy, such as “preventing money laundry” and “investigating proceeds of crime.” Prosecutors also praised Taiwan’s achievements in judicial reform and human rights protection, which would help Mongolia reflect further on its approach on judicial reform in the future. They expected to reach mutual legal assistance agreements with R.O.C. to extradite criminals.
