The Organization Act of the Academy for the Judiciary, Ministry of Justice, was promulgated by the Presidential order on May 22, 2013, and implemented from July 1, 2013, by the Order of the Executive Yuan. In accordance with the reorganization and renaming, the Academy held the promulgation and unveiling ceremony on the implementation date of the Act.
