The newly appointed Minister of Justice Mr. Cai Qing-Xiang visited the Academy in the afternoon of Aug 21, 2018 and was received by the Academy’s department heads who were led by the Academy’s President Tsai Pi-Yu. The Minister made sure to stop by each office to greet the employees with warm handshakes and words of encouragement before sitting down for a friendly talk with the President and the department heads at the Academy Archives Room. During the talk, President Tsai informed the Minister of the outcomes of a number of measures, including the annual gatherings that connected graduates with current students, the compilation of the Academy Journal, counseling services for the mental health of faculty and students, regular assessments on the morality and knowledge of students, reporting and support mechanism for abnormal events, cancellation of custom student uniforms, and collective physical examinations.
