2017/11/8-9 4th Review Meeting for Outstanding Paper Award on Crime Prevention Research was held.

In order to encourage more elite to join the research field of crime prevention and criminal policy, the Academy held the 4th Review Meeting for Outstanding Thesis Award on Crime Prevention Research on November 8-9, 2017.
In this year, 30 participants with Master or Ph.D. degree competed for the award so it took 2 days to review. After a fierce competition, 15 masters and 5 PhD have won awards for their excellent researches on various topics. The topics include corruption prevention, correctional policy, drug crime, and domestic violence. These chosen researches will be uploaded on the website of “Crime Prevention Research Database” for the public to read. Also, to encourage those researchers, the Academy for the Judiciary has scheduled to hold an awarding ceremony in the Symposium of the 2017 Crime Analysis on December 8, 2017 and Minister Tai-San Chiu of the Ministry of Justice will preside over it.
