In the afternoon of October 4th, 2016, the Honorable Randy J. Holland of the Delaware Supreme Court, U.S.A. called up the Academy. Justice Holland delivered a speech titled “Public v. Private-enforcement of fiduciary duties” to incumbent prosecutors, prosecutor investigators, and investigation officers of Investigation Bureau, Ministry of Justice who are in charge of corruption and financial crime.
