On February 25, 2016, President Tsai Ching-hsiang led the Judicial Class 56th and prosecutors attending the on-the-job training for land and sea traffic safety to take the train from Taipei to Hualien. With the assistance of Taiwan Railways Administration of Ministry of Transportation and Communications, trainees were allowed to test the train brake system under supervision. In Hualien, the trip was arranged impeccably by Hualien Branch of Taiwan High Prosecutors Office. Port of Hualien of Taiwan International Ports Corporation, Hualien Harbor Police Department, Offshore Flotilla 6 of Maritime Patrol Directorate General and Coast Patrol Corps 8-3 of Coast Guard Administration were called upon to let the trainees have better understanding of patrol and investigation around the coastline.
