A number of executives and honorable guests, including the Minister of Judicial Administration, Chiu Tai-san, the Prosecutor-General of the Supreme Prosecutors Office, Yen, Da-ho, the Deputy Representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Hu Fu-zhong, the Chief Prosecutor of the Taiwan High Prosecutors Office, Wang, Tian-Sheng, the Counsel of the Mongolian and Tibetan Culture Center of the Ministry of Culture, Hai Chung-xiong, and the Representative of the Ulaanbaatar Trade and Economic Representative Office in Taipei, Hailong, were invited to participate in the Orientation Ceremony for the 14th Judicial Seminar for Mongolian Prosecutors, held by President Tsai on December 19, 2017. In the ceremony, president Tsai emphasized that the Mongolian prosecutors have come to Taiwan for study and exchange for 14 years, and that Mongolia's procurators have already established a profound friendship with the Academy. In her speech, she also expressed a sincere welcome to Mr. Munkhuu Gantulga, the Prosecutor Training Center Director of the Parquet General of Mongolia who, once again, leads the prosecutor delegation to study in the Academy this year. Apart from arranging courses like introduction of judicial pre-job education, drug investigation, financial crime, and cross border fraud cases, the Academy also arranged them to visit judicial organs of prosecution, investigation, and correction, as well as localities to observe and experience Taiwan customs in order to deepen friendship and build a foundation for the further development of judicial cooperation and diplomatic expansion between Taiwan and Mongolia. All the Mongolian prosecutors and the distinguished guests took a photo in front of the Academy gate after the ceremony.
